Thank you so much for your comment. If your number 1 goal is to create as much seating as possible, then you’ll want to go with long rows of rectangle tables placed end to end. Round tables, and rectangle tables spaced out require spacing between them for service staff and your guests to walk through the space. Long rows of rectangles will give you the most guest per square footage.
